The game that score points when three monsters of the same type are matched, also offers the option of 'hint' when a player gets stuck on a move for a long time besides the default setting of detecting no possible moves scenario and resetting the game accordingly. Also as the game progresses special boosters can also be gained and used to progress in the game along with finding new monsters that come with their own special effects.
The game is made available with two themes, Old Castle and Old House, each consisting of different and special monsters to join in threes and score points. To make the game more exciting 3 special game modes are also provided in the game which makes playing it more challenging, enjoyable and amusing. Monsters Lines is an easy way to train for logic and reaction and its three tremendous game modes including Time Attack Mode, where the player is required to achieve a high score within a limited time, Move Limit Mode, where highest score is to be achieved within limited moves and Shape Matching Mode, where monsters groups are made to match a given shape.
